• Nittoku has developed the high speed winding machine for the outside slot stator winding by applying the NITTOKU-made high speed compact controller. Furthermore the newly developed 2 divisions indexing device is installed. The core loading onto the tooling in the indexing device can be performed in parallel with the coil winding process. This contributes to working efficiency and productivity. The winding accuracy can remarkable be increased, thanks to the high indexing accuracy.
• The core holding method is applied from the upper position. So an easy simple tooling set can be performed. This is an excellent easy operation machine.

• Tooling is designed with the quick change mechanism. So an easy specification change can be obtained.
• Tooling transfer by free flow system can be applied in this machine. Automation for the multiple kinds of production with variable quantity can be integrated freely.
• Max. 4-axis synchronous high-speed control enables accurate positioning and high-speed winding.
• Motion of the center former is controlled by AC servomotor instead of cylinder. NC enables accurate positioning of the former for precise winding.
